Dr. Alia Gray
Family Medicine
Dr. Alia Gray obtained her medical degree from Queen’s University. She subsequently trained in Family Medicine at the University of Toronto at Mount Sinai Hospital. She completed a Masters of Science in Medical Biophysics and a Bachelor of Engineering prior to her study of Medicine.
Dr. Gray enjoys all aspects of family practice but has a special passion for women’s health and pediatrics. In her spare time, Dr. Gray enjoys biking and spending time with family and travelling. She looks forward to meeting and working with you and your family!
Dr. Amine Smair
Family Medicine
Dr. Amine Smair completed an undergraduate degree in Biology/Genomics at the University of Texas at Arlington and his Medical Degree at the University of Montreal. He subsequently trained in Family Medicine at Laval University.
Dr. Smair enjoys all aspects of family medicine and values patient-centered care. In his free time, he enjoys running, swimming and playing the violin.
Dr. Bethany So
Family Medicine
Dr. So completed medical school and residency training in family medicine at the University of Toronto. She enjoys all aspects of family medicine and is looking forward to working with you and your family. In her spare time you will find her playing her favourite sport, badminton, as well as a variety of other sports.
Dr. Cameron Caners
Family Medicine
Dr. Caners is originally from Winnipeg, and completed his Family Medicine residency here at the University of Toronto. He enjoys all aspects of Family Medicine, and has special interests in preventative care, sexual health, and care of the elderly. Dr. Caners leads an active lifestyle, and enjoys playing hockey and golf, fishing, cooking, and spending time with his family. He welcomes all ages to his practice, and takes pride in helping his patients optimize their physical and mental health goals.
Dr. Christopher Pan
Family Medicine
Dr. Chris Pan has returned to his hometown of Toronto after years of being away. He studied neuroscience at McGill University before completing medical school at McMaster University and family medicine residency at the University of Calgary. He has since worked in the West Kootenays of British Columbia in a rural emergency department and family medicine clinic and as a long term volunteer at a free clinic for migrants and refugees at the US border in Tijuana, Mexico. He enjoys the wide breadth of family medicine and has particular interests in immigrant and refugee health, travel medicine, mental health, and minor procedures.
Dr. David Field
Family Medicine
Dr. Field is a family physician graduate who completed his residency in 2021 and undergraduate medical training in 2019 from the University of Toronto. Prior to attending U of T, Dr. Field earned a diploma of Health and Fitness from Humber College, a Kinesiology degree as well as a Master of Nutrition from Guelph University. He has a special interest in sports medicine and geriatrics. In his spare time, Dr. Field is an avid basketball fan and plays recreational volleyball and softball. Dr. Field hopes to bring comprehensive care to all patients at the practice.
Dr. Dena Moradi
Family Medicine
Dr. Dena Moradi is a graduate from McMaster University Family Medicine with a keen interest in sports medicine, palliative care, and emergency medicine, and is committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate healthcare to patients of all ages. Outside of medicine, she finds solace in running, hiking, and indulging in outdoor activities and musicals. Dr. Moradi strives to integrate her diverse interests into medical practice, ensuring a well-rounded and holistic approach to patient care.
Dr. Emily McDonough
Family Medicine, Obstetrics
Dr. Emily McDonough grew up in Etobicoke, and is happy that her family practice is in the community. She studied Immunology at McGill University and subsequently earned her medical degree at the University of Toronto. She completed her post-graduate training in Family Medicine at Toronto East General Hospital and a Low Risk Obstetrical Fellowship at St. Joseph’s Health Centre in Toronto.
Dr. McDonough is a dedicated and committed family doctor who approaches her practice with care and compassion. In addition to providing primary care at Citrus Medical Centre, Dr. McDonough is pleased to provide maternity/pregnancy care as part of the Family Medicine Obstetrics group at St.Joseph’s Hospital. Prenatal checkups are conducted at Citrus Medical Centre, while labour and delivery take place at St. Joseph’s Health Centre. Besides women’s health, she enjoys practicing the full scope of family medicine including preventative medicine, chronic disease management, and mental health care.
Dr. Farahnaz Daya
Family Medicine
Dr. Daya brings a unique perspective with experience in multiple healthcare systems around the world. She holds a medical degree from the University of Leicester, UK and completed her Family Medicine Residency at Dalhousie University. She also holds a Master's Degree in Public Health from Harvard University with a focus in Global Health. She has special interests in public health, sexual health and preventative care.
Dr. Hinal Sheth
Family Medicine
Dr. Sheth earned a Bachelor of Arts & Science from McMaster University and then worked at the Institute of Population Health in Ottawa on research related to preventative health screening for immigrants and refugees. She then returned to McMaster University for medical school and then completed a Family Medicine residency in Toronto at Mount Sinai Hospital.
She has a diverse array of interests within family medicine including women’s health, immigrant/refugee health, and minor office procedures (IUD insertions). Dr. Sheth participated on a medical mission trip in 2013 with the Rotary Club to provide medical care to Haitian refugees living in Dominican Republic. She is involved with teaching medical students at the University of Toronto. She speaks English and Gujarati.
Dr. Irene Fung
Allergy & Immunology
Dr. Irene Fung completed both her undergrad and medical degree at the University of Toronto. She then went on to do her residency in Pediatrics at McMaster University and in Allergy and Immunology at the University of Pennsylvania. Outside of medicine, Dr. Fung enjoys playing tennis, running, gardening and reading.
Dr. Joseph Bertucci
Family Medicine
Dr. Bertucci obtained his Bachelor of Science with Honors degree from York University in 2007 and his Doctorate of Medicine in 2011 from the University of Ottawa. He returned to Toronto to complete his medical residency training in Family and Community Medicine at St. Joseph's Health Centre in 2013 and has been practising family medicine ever since.
In addition to his practice, since 2014 he has been involved in the implementation and supervision of an array of Health Canada-certified pharmaceutical research studies, ensuring an unbiased, safe and professional level of study. Since late 2022, he is also involved in the provision of homecare services to vulnerable patients. Dr. Bertucci was born and raised in Toronto from Italian immigrant parents and enjoys cooking, soccer and family time.
Dr. Lauren Briggs

Dr. Lauren Briggs completed her undergraduate degree in Life Sciences at Queen’s University, a Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Toronto, and the family medicine residency program at McMaster University.
Dr. Briggs enjoys all aspects of family medicine, and has special interests in preventative medicine and women’s health. She values patient-centered care and informed decision making, and will take the time to ensure patient education and comfort. As a recent graduate, she is up to date on cutting edge medicine and the latest advances of the field. In her free time, she enjoys baking, hiking and travelling.

Dr. Monica Pham
Family Medicine
Dr. Pham grew up in Toronto and finished undergraduate degrees in Human Biology and Nursing from the University of Toronto. She completed her medical degree in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, followed by post-graduate training in Family and Community Medicine at St. Joseph’s Hospital and the University of Toronto.
Dr. Pham enjoys all aspects of primary family medicine, including preventative care, mental health, and chronic disease management. She has a special interest in the health of newcomers to the city. In her spare time she enjoys spending time outdoors camping and hiking with her family.
Dr. Nazanin Rajabi
Family Medicine
Dr. Nazanin Rajabi completed her family medicine training at the University of Saskatchewan in 2018. She practised in North Battleford and Prince Albert Saskatchewan in a combination of general family medicine, in-patient acute medicine and low-risk obstetrics. Dr. Rajabi’s special interests include pediatric, maternal and sexual health but what she loves most about family medicine is the ability to care for all ages of patients! She is excited to be back home in Toronto, starting alongside the supportive team at Citrus Medical!
Dr. Nikki Shah
Family Medicine
Dr. Shah is a licensed Family Physician with certification from the College of Family Physicians of Canada. She received her Medical Degree at McMaster University and completed her residency training in Family Medicine at the University of Toronto, where she served as Chief Resident at the Mississauga Hospital site. She enjoys all aspects of family medicine and has special interests in women's health, cosmetic procedures, and preventative care. Outside of work, she enjoys singing, recreational volleyball, and spending time with her family.
Dr. Ravinder Lall
Family Medicine
Dr Lall is originally from Brampton and completed his medical degree in the United Kingdom at the University of Birmingham. He stayed in the United Kingdom for a further 5 years doing his family medicine residency. He is excited to share the knowledge and skills obtained in the UK with the local Etobicoke population. He is passionate about preventative medicine and practices full scope family medicine including women’s health, children’s health, men’s health, chronic disease management and mental health. When not in clinic you can find Dr. Lall at a local squash court, gym or on a running trail throughout the city.
Dr. Sachin Pasricha
Internal Medicine, Hypertension Specialist
Dr. Pasricha is a Certified Hypertension Specialist, who has pursued training at Queen’s University, the University of Toronto, and Harvard University. He sits on Executive Committees with Hypertension Canada and the Board of the Canadian Hypertension Specialist Society.
Dr. Pasricha sees patients to diagnose and manage high blood pressure (hypertension), the leading cause of heart attacks and strokes. He facilitates diagnostic tests including 24-hour blood pressure monitoring and testing for secondary forms of hypertension. His treatment approach involves a combination of lifestyle & medication-based management.
Dr. Sandra Trat

Dr. Trat obtained her Bachelors of Science and medical degree at Western University. She then completed her Family Medicine residency at McMaster University. She enjoys all aspects of Family Medicine. In her spare time, she enjoys watching movies, spending time with family and traveling.
Dr. Shaireen Kassam
Family Medicine
Dr. Shaireen Kassam completed her undergraduate degree in Life Sciences at Queen’s University, a Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Calgary, and the family medicine residency program at the University of British Columbia. Dr. Kassam has special interests in preventative medicine, women’s health, and adolescent’s health, and spends a portion of her practice working in sexual and reproductive medicine. She values patient-centred care and informed decision making, and will take the time to ensure patient education and comfort. As a recent graduate, she is up to date on cutting edge medicine and the latest advances of the field. She loves getting to know each patient and hopes to be a continuing advocate for their health.
Dr. Siavash Piran

Dr. Siavash Piran is a community hematologist currently practicing at Trillium Health Partners (THP) and at Citrus Medical Centre (CMC). He completed medical school and Internal Medicine at the University of Ottawa. He then completed Hematology residency and Thrombosis Medicine fellowship at McMaster University.

As a fairly recent graduate, she is up to date on cutting edge medicine and the latest advances of the field. She got her doctorate from the University of British Columbia and has a masters in family medicine from McGill University. She then went on to do her residency at the Women's College Hospital, University of Toronto. Her interests include Preventative Medicine, alongside Hospital and Emergency Medicine in Rural Settings. She loves getting to know each patient and hopes to be a continuing advocate for their health.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Tonsaker enjoys basketball, baseball, movies, cooking, traveling and spending time with her family!

Brianna joins Citrus Health with a wealth of knowledge in nutrition and dietetics. As a Registered Dietitian and certified Life Coach, she has dedicated her life to transforming individual health journeys, helping clients embody their healthiest selves.
Brianna specializes in managing chronic and metabolic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, fatty liver, weight loss, and eating disorders. Early in her career, she recognized that clients needed more than dietary advice—they needed to understand the underlying reasons behind their eating habits. This insight led her to train in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Brianna's compassionate and empowering approach helps clients unlock their potential, transform their relationship with food, and achieve lasting health goals. She is known for identifying what holds her clients back and guiding them to clarity with empathy. In her spare time, Brianna enjoys traveling, trying new cuisines, and playing sports like soccer, volleyball, and golf.
Courtney Moreira

Dr. Michelle Salga, affectionately called “Dr. Mishka ‘’ is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor certified in Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT). She has a special interest in correcting hormone imbalances and works with a team of medical doctors and nurse practitioners to give her patients optimal care. She is also certified in cosmetic rejuvenation acupuncture. She also treats skin issues such as acne, rosacea, eczema and psoriasis. In addition, common concerns such as depression/anxiety, low energy and insomnia are among those conditions treated. Helping her patients achieve their weight loss goals is also a big passion of Dr. Salga’s. As a seasoned communicator in speaking, writing, counselling, and coaching, Jennifer has a powerful message of hope, healing and empowerment to share.
With over a decade of experience working with individuals and family, Jennifer’s work primarily centers around individuals who may be struggling with parts of their story including feelings of anxiety or depression, trauma, relationship challenges, heath challenges and other struggles that may arise.

Josephine "Josie" Marando
Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist
Josie is a registered Social Worker (RSW) with a Masters of Social Work degree (MSW) from the University of Toronto, and holds an honours Bachelors Degree in Psychology from York University. As well as a life coaching certificate from the Coaches Institute.
She draws from her formal training in cognitive behavioural therapy, however her approach to therapy is client-centered and driven by client’s needs, and goals. Josie holds training in other evidence based treatment approaches such as, imago therapy, solution-focused, mindfulness practices, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, and training in perinatal mood disorder from Postpartum Support International.
When Josie is not working with clients, you can catch her on the sideline cheering for her children’s sporting events, engaging in yoga, horse back riding or spending time out in nature hiking, biking or boating.
