A separate appointment must be booked for each family member. Families can be vaccinated at the same time even if they have different time slots on the same day.

The appointment is for a flu shot ONLY. No other medical issues & concerns will be discussed at this appointment.

Do not contact our office for additional flu shot spots. All available flu shot clinics will be available to book online.
